Kindly note that the same policy is applicable for Android App, iOS App and Website. Please carefully read the below document to understand how your data is used by us.
RAGHASASTRO is committed to protect privacy and confidentiality of all kinds of data provided by users who are registered with the platform. Any personal data is being used only for astrology consultations and marketing from the website. The personal information is handled in a way as mentioned in the Privacy Policy. We assure that your personal info is never sold or rented. This Privacy Policy is to be read along with the respective ‘Terms & Conditions’ and other policies as provided on the Website.
Users are informed that this policy document is subject to changes as deemed necessary by the company and there would be an update/amendment from time to time on information collected from the users. Customer info like Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth used only for consultation.

In addition to these we track your behaviour on the site and use it for research, analysis (like demographic, interests, and behaviour of users) and marketing. This information is used to analyse trends, administer the site, track user activities, and gather demographic information for internal purposes. If this data is not related to User info, then collection activities of these may not be notified to the User. If any data are mandatory to be disclosed, then it will be notified to the user through email or other notifications methods linked to this platform.
All the data are collected and stored on a secure server. 1. In-App Subscriptions (Apple App Store & Google Play)
We offer recurring subscription plans in our app. All subscriptions, payments, and billing for these plans are processed directly by Apple (via Apple App Store In-App Purchase) or Google (via Google Play Billing). We do not collect, process, or store any payment card numbers, bank account details, or billing credentials associated with your Apple ID or Google Account. Your subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of service of Apple and Google Play.
2. Payment Gateway Fallback (Razorpay)
In cases where primary in-app transactions fail or experience technical drop-offs, we may generate or send you a direct payment link powered by Razorpay. When you click these payment links, your transaction is processed on Razorpay’s secure payment gateway interface. We do not host or store the payment interface ourselves. Razorpay collects and processes your transaction details in accordance with their strict security guidelines and Razorpay Privacy Policy.
3. Non-Storage of Financial / Payment Data
We prioritize your financial security. Our app and servers DO NOT collect, process, or store any sensitive payment information, including but not limited to:
Credit card or debit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVVs
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) IDs, PINs, or credentials
Net banking credentials or passwords
NOTE: All financial data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers (Apple, Google, and Razorpay). We only receive transactional confirmation tokens (such as payment success status, transaction ID, and subscription start/expiration dates) to unlock and provide services within the app.
We collect device specific information for app display and other purposes. Application storage and data caching are done to provide enhanced user experience. The Website anonymously collects data regarding various actions a user takes within our app and app related Push Notifications. This helps us to improve our app and to figure out what features are being used.
We do not commit on accuracy on the data; these are based on libraries found worldwide. The usage of info is at the sole discretion of the user.
RaghasAstro utilization of information obtained through Google APIs is aligned with Google API Services User Data Policy, which includes adherence to the Limited Use requirements.
User can delete their account information and associated files from a device if he/she wishes to do so. On App this provision is under Setting -> Delete Account. The data is available for 7 days with the company after deletion, after which this will be permanently removed. It cannot be retrieved after this.
